1. Acceptance of Terms

During registration, you agree to:

• Create a unique password of sufficient complexity — a minimum of eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is strongly recommended.
• Accurately state your date of birth.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions and the ak999 Privacy Policy at the point of registration.

ak999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law is done at the player's own risk, and ak999 bears no responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise from such use.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ak999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. ak999 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Retail Cash Deposit, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ak999 account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours depending on the originating bank. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon receiving the required number of blockchain network confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Your CNIC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 1–4 hours of approval during business hours.

5. Betting Rules

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one player account simultaneously or creating new accounts after a previous account has been closed or self-excluded.
2. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity documentation; manipulating game outcomes through unauthorised technical means.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino table games, poker, or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
4. Money Laundering: Using the ak999 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ak999 is required by internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards to report suspicious activity.
5. Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or other automated software to place bets, operate games, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through genuine human interaction.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to your ak999 account.
7. Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or platform malfunctions. ak999 reserves the right to void all affected transactions where exploitation is identified.

8. Intellectual Property

ak999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

ak999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspicion that the account is being operated by someone other than the registered account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method used, within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse — ak999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and may permanently forfeit such funds where the breach is confirmed.

12. Responsible Gaming
